Recent results of matches played against Our Lady's Drogheda were not in favour of St.Dominic's.  Second Year team Utah Jazz were beaten 21-10 and First Year team Chicago Sky lost 26-16.  Both teams left it late to score coming alive in the second half.  Team captains, Orla Murphy (First Year) and Kayleigh Murphy (Second Year) played great basketball, well done.

The First Year Basketball Team Nets gave coach Ms. Ahern a great welcome back when they beat Colaiste Bride 7-6 in the Schools Basketball League.  The Junior Premier were confident winners also against Colaiste Bride with an impressive 34-19 win.

TheSenior and Cadette (under 16) were very unlucky with both teams exiting their competitions loosing by one basket.  The Senior team were beaten by St. Louis Rathmines whilst the Cadette match went to overtime and were beaten by Presentation Terenure.
